Afqk dmg 5. May 07, 2019 While resto does does have a higher spell coefficient than ele they do not have access to: Mastery which does dmg and generates maelstrom which in turn does dmg. Maelstrom: ES alone can kill a target 100-0. EQ is by far the best aoe for leveling as you just pool maelstrom gather mobs, stand n EQ and either do more dmg or heal. Only real reson to convert to Chaos was Reflect. With Totems this point makes no sense, as you dont get kileld by reflect anyway. Apeps is a whle diffrent story, it has very high castspeed and added damage to spells, which was really special befor 2.0. Now you will get the same result with a high castspeed + added fire to spells rare wand. Should really have buffed up Apeps by alot. Sep 24, 2019 Talented Chaos Bolt can do under 40k, but let’s be generous and say that 50k is minimum (great gear). People have over 300k HP currently (saw some guys with 355k, but again, let’s be generous here too). 50k isn’t 25% of 300k. Chaos Bolt’s minimum damage is. Is chaos damage considered Magic damage for purposes of Gnawed Thumb Ring Was curious if, with our busts getting so high now in the openers, and the Gnawed Thumb Ring being a 5% spel damage increase and has great stats for Havoc, would it be worth farming and using this seeing that it will line up really well with reduced meta cd through. I don't know if anyone else is thinking the way I am. But take a look at the other wands around WoW, like cold snap for instance, it has +7 int, and +20 frost damage. The wand from scholo has +4 int and +11 dmg all spells. Before the dmg wand nerf, the wands were adding +20-21 dmg, more than this even though it was only to one school. You do 2% more damage to Aberrations in Nazjatar and the Eternal Palace. This is an Uncategorized Spell. Added in World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth.
Is Chaos Dmg Spell Dmg Wow 3
Hello there. Information of this seems sparse. I'm looking at fine details, not just matter-of-fact.
I'm wondering how damage/healing items work.
Specifically:
What does this do: [up to 40 damage / healing] ?
What does this do: [+40 damage]?
What does this do: [+40 healing]?
I believe these are based on cast times for the maximum effect .. but 'up to X damage'? does that mean 1dX RNG? Up to 40 damage is 1d40 damage? AVG~20?
Cast time matters. An instant cast, as a wand, cannot expect those rewards. But what about wands with +damage or +healing? Healing wands are very sought after.
Is there a difference between [up to] damage vs +damage . or [up to] healing vs direct +healing
Anyways, an explanation of +damage +healing items would be appreciated. It's probably simple, yet elusive to me. Thanks!
